Walk from the church, pass the old town of Alfama first, follow the navigation to find this viewing platform, but there are many steps to climb from this road. You can go from the main road and there is an elevator. There is a street band on it, you can see the big cruise ship and the red-top house, very local characteristics, it is worth a visit
A short walk up the hill from the Bishop of Lisbon is the Santa Lucia Observatory. This viewing platform is the most popular one with the best facilities in Lisbon. Facilities were really ordinary.
