The museum hosts a variety of church art, including Portuguese paintings and sculptures and an impressive collection of baroque silver. The museum spans a few floors and is a nice addition after surveying the adjoining luxurious interior of Igreja de Sao Roque.

If you are interested in art, and above all the history of art in Portugal, this is a very good option to spend the day. I'm not very fan of art museums, but I went with a girl I met traveling to the Church of San Roque and we met with this museum. It is very interesting and the entrance was cheap!
