The view is better at the foot than the top of the mountain.

You can climb to the top on foot. Cars are not allowed. Climb the tree-growing Hozo Road to the top of the mountain with the ruins of the battery. 5 Is it because it is the moon? The trees are too thick and I can't see 360 degrees. Sorry. I can only see the direction of Jogashima.
It's a small mountain near the tip of the Miura Peninsula, but if you go by bicycle, there is a little climb and it's hard. The scenery is good, so it is recommended for those who are physically fit.
I stopped by on the way to the Miura Peninsula. It takes about 30 minutes by bus from Miura Kaigan Station and about 15 minutes on foot from Mahayana stop. Even though it is a mountain, it is 86.8m at altitude, so if you climb the slope for about 5 minutes, you will reach the summit. From the top, you can see the windmill of Miyagawa Park beyond, which is very pleasant. There are few tourists because the surrounding area has a field unique to Miura City and there are mountains in it. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing time.
