After leaving Kasamoriji Temple, I came to "Moharaji Temple" in Mobara City. This temple, a white-walled concrete Tahoto-style mountain gate (Niomon) is famous. When you actually look at it, is that? !! I've seen it somewhere ... Oh, with the tower gate of Takeo Onsen! .. While thinking, there is no parking lot, so I will park my car beside the approach to visit. The precincts are quite large and the main hall is magnificent, but after all the highlight was the Takeo Onsen-style mountain gate.

It is next to Mobara Park. The appearance of the "Sanmon (Kaidanzuka)" seen from a distance is very impressive. I don't know why, but I felt the impression that it was similar to Chinese temple architecture.

Get off at the Moharaji bus stop, which is 7 minutes by bus from JR Mobara Station. It is about a 3-minute walk from there. The head temple of the Nichiren sect, founded in 1276. I omit the strange mountain gate as it is in everyone's review. You can see the inside of the main hall here, so I recommend worshiping in front of the magnificent Chancel.

Take the bus from JR Mobara Station and get off at the "Mobaraji" bus stop. It's a short walk. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom in front of the main gate and from there to the mountain gate. The shape of the mountain gate was also impressive. As I went to the back, I went to Mobara Park and saw wonderful cherry blossoms here as well.
