    斎場御嶽の一番奥にある三角形の空間を作り出している巨大な岩

    琉球王国最高の聖地である斎場御嶽。御嶽には６つのイビと呼ばれる神域がありましたが、その一番奥に、最も神聖な場所である三庫理（サングーイ）とチョウノハナがあります。三庫理とチョウノハナは、巨大な岩によってつくられた三角形の空間の奥にありました。この三角形の空間を作り出している巨大な岩が、三角岩です。 　現在は、三角岩の手前にフェンスが設けられていて、その奥に進むことはできませんでした。

    さんぐーいから三角岩へ、ガジュマルの根が斜めに走っているのが気になりました。隆起石灰岩の長い浸食と崩壊が不思議なこの形を作りました。
