On the third day, I went to Nanning Zoo to see the rumored poop-throwing orangutan. But it was quiet that day and didn't perform. Boring! The original plan for the fourth day was to go to Nanning Daming Mountain, but my friends who were traveling with me couldn't walk anymore, so I had to give up and choose to return. While there was time, I visited the Guangxi Ethnic Museum and the nearby Confucius Temple. Finally, in Nanning for a few days, the normal restaurants and hotels I ate at were generally average, but the street food in the old city area was a big plus. There are many museums in this city, but there are very few tourists visiting. If you have plenty of time and just want to play slowly, you can stay for many days. If you are a fast-paced punch-in person, make a transit station and stay for two days is enough.
