Nanning, a city where multiple cultures converge
As for this trip, the main theme is to go with the flow. Some places I originally wanted to go to, for some reasons, I didn't go. Does it mean that I will visit this city again in the future? Let's talk about it another day.
About the tour, I only had half a day when I arrived on the first day. After settling in the hotel, I was so hungry that I took a taxi directly to Nanning Sanjie Liuxiang Historical and Cultural Block and just wandered around for food and fun. There are some old city areas nearby, markets and city attractions can be visited together.
The itinerary for the second day was only Qingxiu Mountain, which is very large and beautiful. If you have enough physical strength, you can slowly play for a whole day, if not, you can take a small train or sightseeing car to play. We went to Nanning Museum in the morning and then entered the park for a walk at noon. We only played about 60% of the place.
On the third day, I went to Nanning Zoo to see the rumored poop-throwing orangutan. But it was quiet that day and didn't perform. Boring!
The original plan for the fourth day was to go to Nanning Daming Mountain, but my friends who were traveling with me couldn't walk anymore, so I had to give up and choose to return. While there was time, I visited the Guangxi Ethnic Museum and the nearby Confucius Temple.
Finally, in Nanning for a few days, the normal restaurants and hotels I ate at were generally average, but the street food in the old city area was a big plus. There are many museums in this city, but there are very few tourists visiting. If you have plenty of time and just want to play slowly, you can stay for many days. If you are a fast-paced punch-in person, make a transit station and stay for two days is enough.
I went to Nanning for a business trip. I came to the pedestrian street of Sanjie and Two Lanes in the evening. There are ancient buildings and houses in the Ming and Qing generations. There are also modern shopping pedestrian streets. The modern side is more suitable for shopping, but if there is no shopping desire, it is recommended to go to the ancient building. side, You can look at history and culture, walk the blue brick road, there are also many small stalls in the alley, sell some small crafts, don't hurry to stroll around, you can also sit down and have a drink or coffee, very casual.
The historical and cultural district of the three streets and two lanes is in the old city of Nanning, Guangxi. The three streets refer to Xingning Road, Minsheng Road, Jiefang Road, and the two lanes refer to Jinshi Lane and Yinshi Lane. There are Deng Yingchao Memorial Hall, China Grand Theatre, Lijiang Academy and other Republic of China buildings. Walking streets, shops, and brilliant lights!
Very good place to go, especially lively at night, especially many foods, the experience is very good.
This is a live ancient village, the villagers are still happy to live daily life, it is worth a look!
The model of the old city transformation in the city center is very successful!
