lovely church in great surroundings

Spent one hour around Flakstad church when passing in my Motorhome, This was my third visit so always worth making the small detour off the main road

Nice old church

I don`t know what is is, but I was drawn to this church. Is is beautifully placed at Flakstad, a short walk from the camping. Beautiful building.

Second oldest church

This red wooden church with an onion dome could be seen from the main road. It was closed when we visited, as with several of the churches we visited are usually closed, maybe just opened on Sundays.
