#American White Mountain National Forest ##Mount Washington##Cog railway# The second journey is the other side of Baishan: It was late in the morning, and it was already afternoon when we drove to Mount Washington. I drove halfway and encountered a lake under the hill (Figure 3), and couldn't help but stop by the car in front to take a look. There are a few ducks floating in the lake, which are cute and loving, and one of them has a bright color. The wind under the mountain is cool, and it is pleasant to blow well. After about an hour's drive, we finally reached the foot of the mountain. In order not to waste time, hurry up and buy tickets to catch the nearest small train, but fortunately we are lucky. However, when I bought the ticket, Mr. Wang and I were shocked. The fare was 80 knives/person, which was a bit expensive. There was a seat number on the small train, only one carriage. The old steam train, originally from workers to transport coal, has now been changed to transport passengers up and down the mountain. There is also a funny American uncle on the bus, who will explain the whole journey, and when you reach the top of the mountain, you can see the other five neighboring states and Canada. The train goes up the mountain for about 45 minutes, and the mountain is faster, less than 20 minutes. Looking down all the way, you can see a large area of red mountains under the mountain, and then drive to the top of the mountain. The vegetation is green pine and dead grass. With the sound of the wind, it is getting more and more barren. Finally, I finally reached the top of the mountain! It was too cold and windy, and I wore less, and the train shivered. I was going to go to the top of the mountain to take a look, but the wind was too strong and I gave up (feeling that contact lenses were going to blow off). Mr. Wang later took a few photos on the top of the mountain, and then we watched the scenery at the observation deck on the top of the mountain and took a lot of photos (such as Figure 1). This scene is still very worth seeing. ~Maybe once in my life. Tips : 1. Wear more clothes, the mountain is very cold ~ 2. Be optimistic about the weather, of course, also look at luck, 365 days a year, only about 60 days of clear weather, you can see the beautiful scenery under the mountain, and winter may be closed... 3. A pair of comfortable shoes, sunglasses, cameras and batteries, and a good mood ~ just sauce ~

This is a must-visit place especially if you love the Forrest Gump movie. There is a museum in this Lighthouse where you can find the important events happened here and the commercials and movies shot in the lighthouse. At the back of the lighthouse, there’s a mini trail where it has a trivia along the way. I love it!!!

A very interesting museum, the collection is full of magical colors, only to see the local area, you can understand its true meaning.
