A city historical folk museum built between the West and East Residences of Numazu Imperial House. Until the prewar period, there was a vast imperial residence in this place, but it was destroyed by fire in the war. Admission is free and closed on Mondays.

At this museum, right next to the Numazu Imperial Villa, you can see the lives of the old Numazu people 々. Since this area faces the sea, the tools that were living in fishing are on display. If you are involved in fishery, some may still be using it. Adults are good, but children are likely to be a place to learn.
