It's on the premises of Ozu High School.

The old house of Confucian scholar Fujiki Nakae on the premises of Ozu High School. Wisteria trees are planted in the garden. Fujiki Nakae's teachings are still handed down to Ozu.
Since its founding in Meiji 34 year, Ozu High School has built "Shitokudo" in 1939 year with emphasis on the teachings of Confucian scholar Fujiki Nakae. It has a calm appearance with old Japanese-style architecture. It is a must-see mansion.
This is located in Ozu High School, but the general public can also enter freely. A building with a sense of style. I want to study more about Mr. Fujiki Nakae.
I could only see it in the cherry blossoms. If you want to see it, it is a place where you need a preliminary investigation.

From Ozu Castle, I passed Otono-sama Park and went around Ozu High School aiming for this place. You can go to the neighborhood by going the road between the school building and the schoolyard of Ozu High School, but in the end I didn't know how to get inside (unfortunately, I didn't see people walking around, self-employed people, because). I felt that I needed to collect information at the town station in advance.
It's a building built after the Showa era, and it's not worth it.

There is also a well called Nakae no Mizu on the site of the mansion. Shitokuan was built in Showa 14 in memory of Fujiki's virtues. Fujiki left his hometown at the age of 2 7, and on the contrary, when he built Shitokuan, Shiga Prefecture or ...
