    Horrible experience

    My experience was absolutely horrific! An associate by the name of Jaclyn found in the pictures attached was extremely rude, disrespectful and aggressive. When asked several minutes before the show for assistance for my mother, this very rude and unprofessional lady promised to assist us several times while continuing to get distracted, forcing us to miss 40 minutes of a show and yelling at myself and my mother. While we remained calm and understanding for 40 minutes, this woman continues yelling uncontrollably, while she is stating she is overwhelmed with work and can’t help us!!!! A very professional manager by the name of Devon quickly came and assisted my mother without question. This kind of treatment is absolutely unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

    A really impressive venue

    This was my first time in this lovely "historic" theater - and I was impressed with the architecture, the sound system, easy of seating and visual to the stage. It didn't hurt there I was there to see the phenomenal Samara Joy- I would go again
