Unprofessional and cheap. Booked flight costed AED 800. Paid full amount in advance. Then they closed all the operations due to drons activities and other force major for more than a month. Was waiting-waiting but asked for refund. They refunded AED 779 instead of 800 and stopped to reply on all my requests and messages. Simply no answer. At all. Cheap and unprofessional people. They lost at least 2 people as clients and money as my friend wanted to book with them too. So minimum 800+800. And all the references and word of mouth. If they are happy to face all these losses for AED 21 then what i can say? Good luck
