This one of library in Singapore, which quite unique setting, it’s very excited when visiting the library from place to place which have different design and seems like to pass some message to visitors about each area theme and purpose of that area also famous and interesting about this area, next time when visiting the other library might be get sense the area too.

#meetsingapore The libraries in Singapore also organise many activities for the senior citizens too. Over here, there are newspaper hardcopies available for free browsing. It is also a good excuse for the senior citizens to step out from their home and mingle with their friends. Vivocity is a great place as it is also the largest shopping mall in Singapore and there is also a Harbourfront centre connected to it. It is also the train station for Sentosa Express. So you can enjoy all these perks without paying a cent. If the aunties and uncles are bored, they can also sail to nearby islands too. I will encourage the senior to go to the library.

#meetsingapore This library is really noisy because of the shopping crowd and you can always hear mobile phone ringing and then followed by talking. This is bad and it is all coming from adult users. The staff are not always around to patrol the area. So please bring a pair of ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise. In this library, they have a huge section dedicated to the children and youths. It is away from the main library so you can have more freedom when you are communicating with the children. It can be noisy here too. There are also many activities in the library, check their schedule when you are here.

#meetsingapore This library is really a bonus for all the shoppers and office workers around here. A place to rest and relax and read some books or watch some videos. You also can spot many students here. The library has a system to reserve a study space for a 30 minutes slot. So you can book and study here. If you did not book and the seat is available, then it is ok too. Just do not fight with the person who has booked the seat when s/he appears later. That stunning sea view is the main attraction at Library @ Harbourfront. With this coastal theme, the library is always bright in the day with the sunlight shining in. The ceilings are also designed to be like waves and the sun tanning chairs on the first row seals the deal for a beach theme concept.

You will find many seating areas to enjoy your book and the views here are facing towards Sentosa. You can even see Sentosa Express passing by too. A reminder to keep your voices down and silent your mobile devices. There are too many inconsiderate library users here.
