for the year of the blockade
Original Text
It was the year when it was blocked in all directions, so I came to a shrine specializing in evil removal for the first time, but I was overwhelmed by the large torii gate. When I entered the shrine, it just rained and I felt that both mind and body were purified! I want to go again.
It was crowded with May during the Golden Week holidays. I struck the big drum set up in the precincts to the fullest, and donated money to the donation box for Ukraine support placed beside it with a feeling of offering peace.
It is said to have been built in the 6th century and is worshiped alongside Yasaka Shrine in Kyoto as the center of Gozu Tenno faith. It is also the head temple of more than 3,000 Tsushima Shrines nationwide. The tower gate and main shrine of the important cultural property felt a friendly atmosphere somewhere, and it felt like it was understood that the faith of the people and samurai families 々 was gathered. It seems that it was standard to visit here on the way back from Edo to Ise Jingu.
Tsushima is famous for festivals and wisteria flowers, but I visited the shrine for the first time. A historic gate, main shrine, and shrine. I was able to hit a big drum in prayer for the epidemic to disappear, and I hit a big drum with a wish. It echoed in the quiet precincts and seemed to wash my heart. There is a large ginkgo tree in front of the mountain gate, and at the store opposite, you can buy specialty sweets "Kutsuwa" and "Agata" and candied tea sweets.
The head office of Tsushima Shrine Tenno Shrine. It was nice with a refreshing atmosphere.

It is the head office of Tsushima Jinja shrine, Tenno Sha shrine, which has about 3000 shrines nationwide. It boasts a history of more than 1450 years and the deity is Susanoo Kenhaya, but in ancient times it was a shrine that worships "Gyuzu Tenno" by syncretization of Shinto and Buddhism born due to the introduction of Buddhism. The company name is also called "Tsushima Gozu Tennosha" and is worshiped as Tennosha along with Yasaka Shrine in Kyoto. The shrine and tower gate with a leather-roofed roof were very nice, and there were many Setsusha and subsidiary shrines.
