这是班贝格小镇非常有名的百年酒窖餐厅，主打的是他们的烟熏啤酒。啤酒的颜色很深，味道会让人想起烟熏火腿，味道怪怪的，酒精度挺高。餐厅是十四世纪的老建筑，拥有百年历史，外部的弗兰肯地区木质结构，内部哥特式的拱顶及新哥特式的镀金花纹是其标志，菜肴的味道本身没什么特别，主要是来吃个气氛。

蜜月之旅自助去了德国，班贝格是其中一站，因为是淡季冬天去的，并没有像其他人一样遇到排队爆满的情况。去这家餐厅很有缘分，出发前我看了张海迪的一本书，名叫《我的德国笔记》，她就生活在班贝格，书里面推荐了一家老店，没有具体说名字，只说这家餐厅的Rauchbier很出名。再来路上遇到一个很热心的叔叔给我们指路，他也给我们推荐了这家店，可能提到了名字，但不懂德文没有记住。所以走在这条街上，我们一直在犹豫，到底是哪家店，后来走进这家店，和一个爱尔兰大叔聊天，确定了张海迪提到的，以及热情大叔推荐的，就是这家店。。。。。。。德国的啤酒有名，而班贝格的Rauchbier（烟熏啤酒）也是独一无二的，很特别的味道，竟然忘记照相了。杯垫很有特点，可以带走哦。我们两个人点了猪肘套餐和香肠套餐，邻桌都用很异样的眼光看着我们，之后才知道大概是他们觉得我们胃口太大，这两样确实分量好多，难怪人家会认为我们吃不完，尽管很撑，基本上还是吃完了，味道还行吧，猪手表面脆皮，德国香肠也没得说，用料实在。不过身为四川人，出门在外很难觉得有味道多么惊艳的食品，再入味也比不上一顿火锅，冒菜，串串香，嘿嘿。
