Postal Museum

The museum has dozens of interactive videos that explain money, monetary policy, trade, history and economics. You can see thousands of old coins, notes and documents.And if you can pick up the 13 kilogram gold bar it is something you will always remember.

The Bath Post Museum has many miniature exhibitions due to lack of space. In the early days of Bath’s postal service, there were some interesting actors playing roles. You can use old-fashioned dial phones to listen to the sounds of the 1930s and 1940s. In the old post office boxes and stamp machines, there are messages of celebrities who are avid stamp collectors. Towards the end, we saw a video of Richard Burris on the history of communication.

Same as the strict security check of other museums, luggage is allowed to enter and can be stored here, which is very convenient. The content displayed inside is also very precious. For stamp collectors, it is definitely a good place not to be missed.
