Tolles, pers&ouml;nliches Ambiente, freundliche und unterhaltsame Gastgeber, die sich viel Zeit f&uuml;r ihre G&auml;ste nehmen. Jeder Gang war ausgezeichnet und au&szlig;ergew&ouml;hnlich. Klare Empfehlung!

Eine ehemalige Scheune umfunktioniert zu einer Event Location. Hier gibt es maximal 12 Pl&auml;tze.Ist man erstmal da und akklimatisiert sich, wird man bald von einer Art Zauber eingefangen.Die bald kommenden K&ouml;stlichkeiten werden in einer offenen K&uuml;che zubereitet und Topfgucken ist fast schon erw&uuml;nscht.Recht un&uuml;blich in einer K&uuml;che dieser G&uuml;te. Umso mehr macht es Spa&szlig; zu fachsimpeln und dazu zu lernen.Die Gerichte werden also beobachtet fertiggestellt und man hat sogar die M&ouml;glichkeit, nach eigenem Gusto dazwischen zu funken...Lieber Muskatnuss oder Muskatbl&uuml;te? Ja, solche augenscheinlichen Kleinigkeiten entscheiden hier &uuml;ber den Geschmack wie Vanille oder Tonkabohne, die aber eh weit auseinander liegen.Die dazu gebuchten Weine passten bei allen G&auml;ngen wie daf&uuml;r gemacht, au&szlig;er beim Nachtisch. Da war der Moselwein etwas zu sauer.Geschmackssache.Ein tolles Event mit f&uuml;hlbarem Mitmachcharakter auf hohem Genussniveau. Abh&auml;ngig ist der Wohlf&uuml;hlfaktor von den G&auml;sten, auch wenn die K&ouml;che Hauptfaktoren sind.Insgesamt ein Abend mit Wunsch nach Wiederholung.

Von ganzem Herzen zu empfehlen ist das &bdquo;fortyone&ldquo;!Das Essen war aussergew&ouml;hnlich und ein Gedicht! Besonders excellent f&uuml;r mich als Vegetarierin, die an solchen Abenden aber auch mal Fisch zul&auml;sst, der Sellerie/Kumpuat/Chilli/Sesam-und der Wirsing/Shiitake/Mais-Gang. Der grandiose H&ouml;hepunkt, tats&auml;chlich: der Dessert!! Das gibt es ganz selten in einem Men&uuml; und Restaurants. Spektakul&auml;r war die &bdquo;Tonkabohne&ldquo; in Partnerschaft zu einigen weiteren K&ouml;stlichkeiten in Szene gesetzt! Wow!Der Service sehr aufmerksam, nat&uuml;rlich und lie&szlig; keine Frage offen. Die Weinbegleitung kann ich sehr empfehlen, sogar einen guten gr&uuml;nen Tee gab es zum Abschluss f&uuml;r mich. Das Ambiente nobel, aber warm und tats&auml;chlich gem&uuml;tlich! Privat! Es war ein rundherum sch&ouml;ner Abend bei sehr netten Gastgebern, es lohnt sich sehr dort zu verweilen und sich kulinarisch verw&ouml;hnen zu lassen. Definitiv auf dem Niveau eines Michelin-Sterne!!

The fortyone is recommended from the whole heart! The food was exceptional and a poem! Specially excellent for me as a vegetarian, who allows fish at such evenings, the Sellerie/Kumpuat/Chilli/Sesam and the Wirsing/Shiitake/Maize gang. The great highlight, in fact: the dessert!! This is very rare in a menu and restaurants. Spectacularly the &ldquo;tonkabone&rdquo; was set in partnership with some other delights! Wow! The service very carefully, of course, and left no question open. The wine accompanying I can very recommend, even a good green tea was there to finish for me. The ambience noble, but warm and actually cozy! Private! It was a nice evening around with very nice hosts, it is worth staying there and allowing to be culinary. Definitely at the level of a Michelin star!!

Thomas &amp; Sascha lieben  was Sie tun und das merkt man bei jedem Gang . Ein wundervolles Geschmackserlebnis . Ich kann gar nicht genau sagen welcher Gang mir am besten gefallen hat - Sie waren einfach alle au&szlig;ergew&ouml;hnlich- au&szlig;ergew&ouml;hnlich lecker und au&szlig;ergew&ouml;hnlich angerichtet. Die Komposition der Speisen ist spannend und die Weinbegleitung war perfect darauf abgestimmt. 12 von 10 Punkten ????. Wir kommen gerne wieder und sind gespannt welche Kreationen wir dann erwarten d&uuml;rfen.  Ein Abend bei Freunden in einem tollen Ambiente. Einfach nur ????.
