第一次来梅州旅游，第一次吃客家笋粄，在携程上搜了这家，特意走过来试试，意外惊喜还是挂牌中华名小吃店!笋粄1.5元／个挺实惠，里面的馅料爽口脆，笋丁、木耳丝、肉沫、虾干，味道挺好确实喷香，稍嫌不足就是笋丁有些老吃着有渣。整体好评！
