Osmeña Peak is the highest mountain in Cebu. I was not able to feel the heat of the sun because of the cold atmosphere. Being said as the highest mountain, it is not that hard though to climb on top because mostly you will just ride a motorcycle or what the locals refer to as 'habal-habal'. It is a little frightening though because you might fall off the edge. #givethanks #cebuano
