Snowdonia National Park is one of the most stunning corners of the UK, with dramatic mountains, glacial lakes, and rolling green valleys as far as the eye can see. Mount Snowdon itself (Yr Wyddfa) is the highest peak in Wales, and whether you hike up or take the little mountain railway to the summit, the views are absolutely worth it.

The weather can change quickly, so it adds to the adventure — one moment misty and moody, the next bright sunshine lighting up the hills. The countryside feels wild and unspoiled, with charming stone villages, sheep grazing on the hillsides, and waterfalls tucked away along the trails.
