_GG***23Golden Summit was amazing! The temple had a lot of dedicated pilgrims which gave a very holy, spiritual atmosphere to this sacred mountain. I also saw beautiful sea of clouds, buddha's ray and snow mountain and the beautiful sunrise and sunset! This is the best place in Emeishan! One of the highlights to my Sichuan trip!

Hot Springs Resort
_m1***22Recommended old hot springs, it is true. There is also a ***, don't worry about me. I bought the hot spring ticket alone, the hotel is too expensive, and the stay is not cost-effective. It may also be because of the old hot spring hotel, the room in the building is old, one building has been renovated, but you can imagine how expensive it is after the renovation. But consider that another Lingxiu hot spring I didn't go to, so I don't know what his hot spring is, but this Red Zhushan Forest hot spring is highly recommended and Amway, is a real hot spring. Booked this convenient city hotel near Hongzhushan Forest Hot Spring. After all, it is a chain economic hotel. Well, it is relatively reassuring and affordable.

E33***95This was my first Buddhist temple, and I rather enjoyed it. There is a short hike through nice forested area to get there. The price was inexpensive and it was not very crowded. The art and architecture is quite beautiful.

非你不渴The original name of the Wannian Temple, the head of the six ancient temples in Emei Mountain, is Puxian Temple, which can be said to have been renamed after several rounds, and the middle is called Baishui Temple. Finally, the name was Wannian Temple. The temple is full of historical buildings.

Emeishan Travel Tips

About Emeishan

Emeishan is one of Chinese Buddhism's Four Great Mountains. Samantabhadra is the patron bodhisattva of Emeishan. Emeishan has numerous temples with a long and storied history, completely suffusing the whole area with Buddhist aestheticism. The scenery deep in the mountains is exquisitely beautiful. Each of the four seasons of the year provides a distinct and different type of landscape. When you go to the Golden Peak Temple to watch the sunrise, take the opportunity to pay respects to the golden figure of Samantabhadra. This is the primary purpose for which many tourists come to Emeishan. No matter what your religious beliefs, the ambiance and environment are very interesting. While traveling deep in the mountains, you might come across roving bands of raucous monkeys. Whatever you do, do not approach or try to provoke them, as these monkeys are very fierce.
