_m1***03It’s worth a visit. It’s much better than the domestic ones. There are so many fish species that I haven’t seen. There are three floors, and you can turn down directly when you enter the entrance. There is also a theater where you can watch water shows and dolphin seal shows. Speaking in Korean, the big screen of the storyline will have Chinese but the characters are very small. The restaurant menu is only in Korean and English. The brother who orders the cashier is also served. We originally wanted a fried rice cake and fried rice, even with strokes We ordered a fried rice, and we saw that the money we received was the price of one portion, and then we started to order fried rice cakes with strokes, but we ordered two fried rice, speechless, and got off at the long-distance station 701 Xinyangli and left. About half an hour, next to Shedi Kezhi
_We***36I love this place so much. The scenery is just breathtaking. I feel so exhausted climbing but it' worth it. The trails have different levels of difficulty. it is so challenging. One of the most amazing place you shouldn't miss in Jeju.
vivienvivienLocated in the Chinese tourist area of xiguipu, the volcanic eruption of high-temperature lava met the icy seawater to form a variety of sizes, or the four-square or hexagonal columns of stone piled up in layers on the coast, unique and spectacular. This strange landscape is a natural object of Jeju Island, suitable for the distant view, can not help but admire the nature of the magic. The area was called "Jisatgae" in the administrative district, so now also retain the name, the pillars called "Jisatgae rock." It is also known for its whacking of cliffs and fishing by the sea, which are nearly 20 meters high.
E23***71A really lovely beach in Jeju. The water is clean and clear enough. It's a nice turquoise blue. It can get crowded but it didn't feel overrun. During low tide the water does get really low and you can walk out quite far into the sea. Also during low tide other beaches are formed that would disappear during high tide.

Jeju Island, also known as Jeju-do, is the only autonomous province of South Korea and the country’s largest island.
Although the retreat is not a famous destination for the western countries, the Asians are very familiar with its amazing geographic and cultural potential. Its popularity has grown in the past few years, especially among the young couples who seem to consider it a mystic place for romantic escapes.
Jeju Island was entirely created from volcanic eruptions. Its landscape is dominated by Halla Mountain, the famous 1,950 meter-high volcano and the highest mountain in South Korea.
Given the island’s isolation, the people of Jeju have developed a culture and language that are different from those of mainland Korea, with many local legends and mystic beliefs. They even named it the “Island of the Gods”, inspired by a legend that tells the story of demi-gods that once inhabited these lands. As you experience the island, keep an eye out for distinct cultural artifacts and stones with different shapes, considered to have a protecting power for the inhabitants.

Jeongbang Falls is famous for being the only waterfall in Korea where the water falls directly into the sea. It is 23 meters high, and the water hits the rocky shore; spray you if you get close enough. The cliffs surrounding the falls not only create a spectacular view, but also make it completely hidden from the rest of the island. From the falls, you get a great view over the rocky coast and across the sea to Seopseom Island. The waterfall is right on the edge of Seogwipo City, making it a very short drive if you're staying at one of the hotels in the area. Cheonjiyeon Waterfall is just over 2 km away. Olle Trail 6, one of the coastal walking trails that circles the island, also passes through the entrance.

Jeju Island features a volcanic Hallasan commanding the island from the center, a 224-kilometer semi-tropical forested national park, a wild coastline dotted with waterfalls and the longest lava tube in the world.
The dormant volcano Hallasan stands 1,950 meters above sea level, but you can hike up and down in a day if you start early. Avoid the rain clouds of summer in favor of springtime azaleas, autumn colors or winter snow.
With just a tad of irony, Jeju boasts "three plenties" -- wind, rocks and women. The second of these is due to its formation from an outpouring of lava. Ninety percent of its surface is basalt.Dry-stone walls protect fields from storms. Then around 1750, to scare off invaders, masons started carving rocks into forbidding black "grandfather stones" (dolharubang) -- massive phallic statues that might be mistaken for distant cousins of Easter Island's moai.

A very popular resort destination, this volcanic island is best reached via a quick hour-long domestic flight from Seoul. The island boasts beautiful beaches along with a lot of culture and history. The highest mountain in South Korea (a dormant volcano called Hallasan) is here along with miles of giant lava tubes. The lava tubes, which can be explored, are natural air pockets in the hardened lava, the size of railway tunnels.
Be sure to visit Jungmun Beach to see the diving women. These are women who free dive hundreds of feet to catch different types of seafood. This tradition started centuries ago, when the local men were all out on the fishing boats. The island also has hundreds of miles of hiking trails and a lot of hot springs and health spas.
When you plan a trip to Jeju Island, don’t forget to put this beautiful place in the eastern part of the island! I traveled solo and getting there with public bus was easy. Once there, don’t forget to enjoy the view from above&below as both really amazing. make sure to wear a comfy sneakers because you have to hike through stair to reach the top of the mountain. After an exhausting climb, get some rest and eat korean street food!
