Pantai Mesra Seri Menanti. This place also famous as a wedding-photography hot spot. Visited after new year - beach was empty and beautiful. Watch out for Jelly Fish warnings, but we didn't see any warnings while we visited over several days. There are also gift shops gift stalls, and masseuses who will give an open air massage whilst looking across the bay. The beach was mostly clean, although there did not seem to be any beach beds available either free from the hotels or for rent. Chilled out, quiet beach just for those staying at the resort. Getting There - Public Transportation is available yet a slow drive will make it's magic. Many car rental hubs available. Do get a booking first as the place would be fully booked on weekends. Attractions - Vast Salty Sea would give you a sweet escape from your busy city life Hotels - One of the most luxurious or unique i would say is the Grand Lexis Hibiscus, nevertheless there are still many hotels by the shore with breathtaking views. Homestay are available for families. Food & Restaurants - Must try the local Chinese cuisine with fresh served seafood. King Char Kueh Tiaw is a must stop if your taste bud is more to Malay cuisine. Shopping - Beaches have a stretch of tiny shops you can bargain some summer items.
