The hotel room I received didn’t match the specifications promised during booking. Advertised as a 26 sqm King-sized space, the room I walked into was significantly smaller (around 20 sqm) —cramped and difficult to navigate, with barely any space for luggage or comfortable movement.
Initially, the service agent insisted all rooms were the same size and claimed I’d been upgraded to a Queen-sized room. They also told me no alternative rooms were available due to full booking.
After nearly an hour of late-night discussion with the on-duty manager—around 11pm—I was finally offered a room that was noticeably more spacious and aligned with my expectations.
This experience highlights the importance of honest and accurate descriptions in hotel listings. I hope future guests won’t have to deal with the same confusion and inconvenience.”
