This restaurant served food extremely later (about 1 hour).  While we were waiting for food, it looked like that they served some pizza bread for free, but they added &euro;11.00 to our bill later without telling you.  Since the food was later, they told us that they are serving pasta that we did not, and they told us that to eat it first while waiting for the main dishes.  We thought that it was a complementary dish for a very long wait.  Actually it was charged to our bill (&euro;129.00, but we had argued to get to &euro;37.00).  The pasta did not have any taste, just a tomato flavor.  They changed us a dish called &ldquo;Diverse Kuche&rdquo; - various cuisine, which we did not order at &euro;14.50.  The rest of food was not good.We used to go there every year during Medica exhibit, and the food used to be very good.  After this experience, we will not go back there.

The food was wonderful and staff was kind!

I&rsquo;ve eaten here at least 5-6 times during the past ten years and normally it&rsquo;s great but tonight was awful:1. They had no record of my reservation. When I showed them my confirmed reservation email on my phone they said that they don&rsquo;t honor Fork reservations this week due to a large convention in town! They finally sat our party of five at a tiny table and when I asked if we could sit at the nearby empty larger table they replied, &ldquo;No, that&rsquo;s for people that make a reservation!&rdquo;2. The food took over an hour to arrive, even after we complained.  No apology. 3. Since we were late for our train we skipped dessert and paid our bill along with a 20 Euro tip.  But this took so long that we missed our train and decided to order two deserts and a bottle of water. When we got up to leave the owner was standing near our table and I handed her 25 Euros to cover the two desserts and bottle of water. Then we walked out the door onto the sidewalk. Suddenly a waiter comes bursting through the door yelling that we never paid for our desserts! I explained that I paid the owner 25 Euros already, but he said &ldquo;Oh OK, but it&rsquo;s 26.5 Euros so we need another 1.5 Euros!&rdquo;  Really?? I just paid 260 Euros plus a 20 Euro tip for food that was an hour late and now you&rsquo;re going to chase me out to the sidewalk and embarrass me in front of my largest client for 1.5 Euros??!!  So I dug up a 50 Euro note and he returned with the wrong change (shorting me 25 Euros), which I had to go back inside and correct. I&rsquo;m never coming here again.

Super lekker eten en niet duur! Personeel is super aardig. Veel eten voor weinig geld. Lekker knus en leuke muziek. Ook echte italianen in de keuken!

Super delicious food and not expensive! Staff is super nice. Many food for little money. Delicious snus and fun music. Also real Italians in the kitchen!

Die Bedingung war sehr freundlich und das Essen mega lecker. Ich kann jedem nur das Men&uuml; mit 4 G&auml;ngen ans Herz legen. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder vorbei.

The condition was very friendly and the mega food is delicious. I can only put everyone on the menu with 4 walks in the heart. I&#39;m very happy to come over again.

Leuk restaurant dat gerund wordt door de hele (Italiaanse) familie. We hebben hier heerlijk gegeten en alle gerechten waren vers en lekker. Het is zeker de moeite waard om hier naar toe te gaan. Wel jammer dat ze niet begrepen dat we via The Fork hadden gereserverd.

The restaurant is nice and run by the whole (Italian) family. We have eaten here nicely and all the dishes were fresh and delicious. It is certainly worth going here. It&#39;s a pity they didn&#39;t understand that we had booked through the Fork.
