Fine Dining by Phillip Probst

Fine Dining by Phillip Probst is such an enrichment for Bremerhaven. It was such a wonderful experience and a fantastic evening. 10 out of 10. And the greetings from the kitchen were fantastic. The staff were so polite and accommodating.

We felt completely at home. Both the kitchen and service team made sure that this was an unforgettable evening. Not only the ordered menu, but also the many (!) extra greetings from the kitchen were great. The appearance, smell, taste and texture of the food were excellent. We would love to come back!

After very frequent visits, today is the first (purely) vegetarian menu because we have two vegetarian guests. The very experienced guests from Frankfurt (e.g. Lafleur, but also in the *catering industry across Germany) and we too were delighted that Mr. Probst managed to conjure up a vegetarian menu at such short notice that in terms of feel, depth of flavor and originality does not have to shy away from comparison with his tried and tested, non-vegetarian menu. Thank you very much and please keep it up!

The menu was of the highest quality and had surprising variations. An experience for the senses. Definitely worth the price, something special.

It was a special experience for my daughter's birthday, a cook herself. The service was absolutely outstanding, the food (and presentation) exceptional. Thank you for a skillful end to a beautiful day!
