Haidilao Hot Pot (huiyicheng)

This Haidilao is probably the one I went to the most last year. I ate there several times during the day, afternoon and midnight. It is open 24 hours a day and the nail art is pretty good. If you don't get a chance to get a spot in the queue, you can get a card and come back later to get your nails done when there are fewer people.

I really like Haidilao's big knife loin slices. Don't cook it for too long. It tastes better when it's tender! It's a must-order dish every time I go there. The same goes for shrimp and brain. It must be cooked in a spicy pot. It's very satisfying to eat.

I can't remember how many times I've come to this Haidilao restaurant in Huicheng. In short, I always come here in the middle of the night. Fortunately, this restaurant is open 24 hours a day, so every time I drink, I sometimes choose to eat hot pot here.

When you are drunk, you have been drinking until the evening. At two or three in the morning, you feel very hungry. You want to have a hot pot at night. The only choice is Haidilao. Unexpectedly, at three or four in the morning, the business here is still very good. I ordered a shuangyuan hotpot and ate six portions of pig brain and two portions of duck blood at one time. I felt very satisfied.

Haidilao actually has delivery service, which is really a surprise! We didn't want to go out because it was cold, and this set meal was perfect for us, with a lot of side dishes and enough to fill us up! The utensils were also complete, and the service was very good!

In terms of products, in fact, almost every restaurant has pretty good quality control. I always order crab sticks and Xiangling, and the hotpot base is pretty good too. My favorite is the snack area, where you can mix the sauce and soup yourself, which is very good.
