Very expensive and poor service. We waited two hours for our food to be served, then our food was cold, and our server did not come to the table to check on us. Then we got blamed by the server (who is getting an automatic 20% tip either way) and the owner for saying our food was cold after the fact. The restaurant owner even responded to my review after the fact and made several excuses for the poor service. I understand that sometimes things happen and expectations are not met but the most important thing is that the server (and especially the owner) take responsibility for what happened. I’ve seen other reviews of this restaurant that mention similar issues with the service being poor. I would recommend skipping this restaurant and choosing a more affordable option that promotes a culture of humility.
