It has been a few years since we last visited Carluccios, and boy, have we been missing out! It's every bit as good as we remembered it - great food, great ambience, friendly and efficient service. The only disappointment was that they were out of stock of Chiant, so we had to settle for our second choice of wine - but that was fine. We're looking forward to visiting again soon!

Very attentive service staff, lovely and helpful. The food was very good, the fish was grilled perfectly. We are planning to go back very soon.
The food is great, well presented. The staff are really friendly and take the time to chat with you. A happy, relaxed atmosphere. The offers are great, will continue going.
Went with my partner, wasn't hugely busy but the waitress was so good, friendly and helpful. Everything was lovely, food was great.
