The noodles are chewy and thick noodles, with a few oysters peeking out on top. They are Hiroshima oysters, not big, soft enough, and delicious with noodle soup.
As a bowl of oyster ramen, it really extracts the aroma of oysters, and it is very happy to eat... But it should be reminded that fish-based ramen is rarely accustomed to Chinese stomachs, so ramen novices should not try it easily
