Although the name of this place called Hengshengxuan Self-service Hotpot and BBQ City is a bit big, it has to be said that it can be called a city because it has its own unique characteristics in food, and therefore, it attracts many customers.

It was already two o&#39;clock in the afternoon when we went there, but I didn&#39;t expect the restaurant to be full of people. This is a famous local hot pot restaurant. They use an old-fashioned copper hot pot with charcoal underneath. The hot pot is filled with spare ribs, crispy pork, meatballs, and various vegetarian dishes. As recommended by the waiter, the four of us ordered a No. 4 pot, which we couldn&#39;t finish at all as the portion was too large and the fire was too strong. It felt like it was about to burn. There was a pot of chopped green onion soup brought by the waiter next to it, but we didn&#39;t know what it was for. Later, we watched the table next to us doing it and found out that it was poured on the hot pot ingredients to prevent the hot pot from burning. The lotus root slices in the cold dish were very crispy and delicious, so we added half a plate. The steamed buns looked good, but we couldn&#39;t eat any more.
