Excellent service from Richard and Allicia. My wife and I were trying to find the live GAA football to watch in Bournemouth and Richard said he would not stop until he found it. Within five minutes he had. Also the service at the bar from Allicia was great. A very welcoming pub.

What a great experience we had when we came here. All the staff were wonderful and friendly. Didn’t eat but food smelled delicious. Thanks to Alisia who looked after us from the get go. Told us the deals that were on and really had a positive overview on everything.   Most definitely will be back just for a chat.

What a find, we had a family get together for a birthday celebration. Lovely welcome as soon as we walked in, table was set up ready for us. Food was served quickly and was very good. The 2 young ladies looked after us very well. Thank you so much

Terrible service, a blonde woman was rude, left us waiting, served the food late without a spoon or sugar, when we asked she was very rude, went to get it and handed it to us very rudely. When our order arrived it was cold and inedible, we know that this can happen if it takes too long for the orders to arrive, but we think it was on purpose, because she served us with great disregard, I will never go back to this place.

We booked at table to watch the Chelsea game - as advertised by the place themselves. Only when we arrived we found that the rugby and boxing was on instead. I asked the barman why they can’t do split screen and show the football. His response - we make more money off the rugby. I completely understand that but it should be illegal to advertise you will be showing ALL premier league games when in fact YOU DONT. Also the manger is very rude and doesn’t care about customers at all. Saw her mumble under her breath “first they want the football, then rugby then boxing”. Well that is what is expected at a SPORTS BAR. She shouldn’t be in that position as she has no customer service experience AT ALL. If you advertise something you must show it!

A really lovely table outside next to heater. The food was lovely and reasonably priced. The Greek sangria did the trick!

What an absolute gem! Fantastic food and such a lovely place too. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Food was amazing - chicken terrine for him and Poached hake with a pea mousse, salt and vinegar gel, warm tartar sauce, potato scraps for me. Amazing!Both had the beef cheeks and risotto-delicious - Slow cooked beef cheek, risotto milanese, bone marrow butter and parsley Pudding if Arctic roll with lemon curd and white chocolate for him and Pistachio and Tahini Babka with Pistachio Ice Cream for me.Love red wine too

The food was amazing staff was very polite and helpful, the atmosphere was lovely with lovely soft music.. will definitely be visiting again..
