周末最适合去大湾区做个美食特种兵了！这回跟着大湾区本地土著吃吃逛逛了两天，跨越三个城市，一天好几餐，吃到扶墙离开(笑哭)🕙周六：深圳➡️顺德➡️广州早晨飞机✈️到达深圳，在机场搭上朋友的车直接奔向顺德📍顺德1⃣️百丈园（图1，2，3）大概真的是只有粤圈土著才知道的地方吧，藏在远离市区的围堤边上，餐厅和鱼塘在一起。只有几个包间，一定要提前预定哦。老板可能当天会给出一些隐藏菜单🔸一鱼两吃（鱼生+炸鱼骨）鱼生就不用说了，来顺德必吃！多要些柠檬草，吃起来口味层次更丰富。他家的小菜搭配特别多，腌嫩姜一定要尝试。炸鱼骨又香又酥，完全没有鱼腥味，甚至感觉有酥肉香，十分神奇。🔸罗氏虾炒饭我最爱的一道招牌菜！！加入了脆米（或饭焦）一起翻炒，一下就让这道原本平平无奇的炒饭上升了一个level。就连本身的米饭都很有嚼劲，口感特别棒🔸三鲜鱼汤把三种鱼打碎搅在一起做成的鱼滑，鱼汤奶白浓郁，就算是冷掉了之后喝也是香甜的🔸仔姜皮蛋猪肚第一次吃这样的搭配，有点震惊但真的很好吃！猪肚是凉拌的，有芝麻油但是不会腻，越吃越上头🔸蒸走地鸡，蒸白鳝调味不太适合我的口味，但是能吃出食材都是一等一的新鲜，鸡肉鲜嫩多汁，白鳝脆口弹牙。不过广东本地朋友们都对这两道菜赞不绝口，因为他们比较追求&ldquo;鸡有鸡味，鱼有鱼味&rdquo;2⃣️华生行（图4，5）一定要尝一次的龟苓膏！我从来没有吃到过&ldquo;龟味&rdquo;这么重的哈哈，都是用龟壳和药材真实熬制出来的。广东本地朋友推荐的是加蜂蜜或者炼奶一起&ldquo;服用&rdquo;。3⃣️金榜街欢记牛乳（图6，7）来了顺德怎么能不喝一下水牛奶呢～这家要注意！听说有不少山寨，找正宗老店认准这有点破旧的招牌😂双皮奶、水牛奶都是必选项，水牛奶是加了糖的，一定要趁着还冰的时候喝下去，没想到牛奶还能这么可口甘甜！📍广州晚上又驱车到了广州吃晚餐，找了一家在古镇里的餐厅，中式优雅的装修风格，环境服务都没得说(赞小蜂)4⃣️怀德私厨（图8，9）🔸爬金山招牌菜～把鱼滑做成小山的模样，下面火锅水开后一勺勺的划到锅里，这道菜的寓意也不错🔸柚皮石窝鳝惊艳到我的是柚子皮！吃起来的质感像是某种肉类，十分厚实，浸满了汤汁十分入味，又能中和掉鳝鱼的腥腻🔸酿羊肚菌吃过好多种酿菜了，第一次吃到羊肚菌的。羊肚菌的外形和口感都是菌子里独一无二的存在，用来做酿菜也是创意十足！🕙周日：深圳➡️香港📍深圳5⃣️山水肠粉（图10）是广东本地朋友为了吃它周末愿意早起的一家店。肠粉种类很多，店里环境随意，但对肠粉的品质把控丝毫不含糊。肠皮轻薄但软糯，吃起来没有厚重感，特别爱叉烧蛋肉！能早去就早去，高峰期可能肠粉要等半小时以上📍香港6⃣️华婶冰室（图11上）等了一个半小时才吃上，不仅是游客里的网红店，也是本地土著朋友的食堂推荐槟城喇沙，汤底浓郁，米粉滋味很足。番茄鸡翼通粉一般般，汤底味道较淡，但是浸泡在里面的猪排意外地味道很赞，而且又软又香。招牌菠萝包我个人也是觉得味道比较普通，只是做法特别，夹了番茄和鸡蛋，像一个汉堡总的来说吃下来味道不出错，但不值得排太久的队7⃣️Shari Shari（图11下）这个是我真的想要爆推的冰沙店！每一个都好大只，份量十足，基本两个人吃一个也很多了。好多味道都想尝试，这回先试了抹茶和草莓乳酪味。冰沙完全不像它表面看起来的那么简单&mdash;&mdash;每个里面都还藏了夹心酱，吃着吃着还有种惊喜感～8⃣️坤记煲仔小菜（图12）也是一需要现场排队的火爆餐厅，不过和华嫂相比，是我更愿意为它花时间等待的一家店🔸椒盐鱼腩其实和我想象中的鱼腩有些区别，点的时候以为会是鱼肚子那块，那实际上来还是鱼肉，不过好在比普通部位鲜嫩，看着一大块份量塞人但吃起来还是比较清爽的。本地朋友也推荐了椒盐九肚鱼🔸啫啫排骨煲排骨嫩到感觉会从嘴里直接滑下去，煲的做法更让排骨把香味激发出来了，一吃起来就真的很上头🔸腊味油鸭饭油鸭没有吃出特别，两种腊肠倒是超赞！玫瑰腊肠真的会细细嚼出玫瑰味，回味悠长。饭差不多放两勺酱油就够了，不然会很咸哦。饭焦很优秀，嘎嘎脆不硌牙，越嚼越香9⃣️糖水雄因为赶时间吃完去坐高铁，忘了拍照🥹杨枝甘露必吃！和传统做法不太一样，他家的不放柚子，有很大块的芒果和大颗西米露，用料很有诚意白果腐竹薏米我也很爱。传统做法有些会把完整的腐竹煮软放在里面，但他家是把腐竹薏米全部打碎成糊，豆香和米香混合在一起，味道融合得更好了 #当地才能吃到的美食 #周末去哪儿 #顺德美食 #香港攻略
