Lake Barsamand is located on Mandor Road, 5 kilometers from Jodhpur. The lake is 1000 meters long, 50 meters wide, 15 meters deep and has beautiful scenery. --It was excavated by Balak Rao Parihar in 1159 AD, mainly as a reservoir, providing water for Mandoor, and is currently a very popular picnic spot in the local area. --A summer palace built by the lake after the palace of Barsamand, surrounded by lush green gardens, the garden is a forest of mangoes, papayas, pomegranates, guavas, plums. Animals and birds, such as lizards and peacocks, also make their homes here.
