广川是一家专做鳗鱼料理的店！是米其林一星！名气虽大，吃过才知道！我们要了两种不同的烤鳗鱼，汁烧和盐烧，这里的鳗鱼确实很有鱼的香气。

米其林一星，不接受预订，到那排队。中国人很少会去，因为到那不方便，其实京都站jr山阳线坐到嵯峨岚山站走10-15分钟就到了。鳗鱼饭好吃到爆炸，去的基本都是日本或者韩国人。

广川坚持先蒸后烤的料理方式，在客人点单后才开始现杀鳗鱼，实在是等得饿晕过去了。好在鳗鱼肥美无比，微焦的表皮传出浓郁的香味，皮下厚厚的脂肪层连带着肉都让人一种入口即化的感觉，啊啊啊，不愧是全京都第一的鳗鱼饭！

等了一个半小时吧终于吃上了广川的鳗鱼饭料理，今年评星为米其林一星。是来了一定要等的店，值得等。就餐环境一流，最牛逼的鳗鱼饭，鳗鱼入口即化，酱料拿捏的刚刚好，烤鳗鱼肝是日本推崇的小菜，果然醇厚好吃风雅的吃完了，朕要粗发大阪了！
