昨天去了京都岚山坐了观光小火车5号车厢在龟冈感受了一下慢生活的节奏竹林小径很漂亮吃了鲷匠HANANA，米其林一星店料理很好吃，主打鲷鱼和茶泡饭，卖完就闭店观赏了渡月桥嗯，就这样。

餐厅装潢温馨，食材新鲜，料理也很特别，非常地好吃！！！然后老板叔叔很可爱～待人和蔼可亲！也有会说中文的员工，很耐心地为我介绍餐点，大家一定要来吃唷～～～

餐厅有两层，日式的装修风格，放着淡雅的音乐，真的很舒服。这家是用心专做鲷鱼，只做两种套餐的，吃法会有指导的，米饭是能续哦。需要排队的，人比较多。

岚山风景区范围内的米其林一星餐厅，价钱说真的已经很亲民。平常过来也是超级多人排队，可能去到已经是下午2点多吧，虽然还是要排队不过不用等太久。我们一共点了5份集餐鲷鱼饭绿茶，另外也有加点白玉抹茶雪糕。一份份上来，摆满一桌还是很壮观的，朋友还说一个人点套餐也有上一个饭桶，我们的什么时候可以上。果然上了麻酱生鲷鱼后很快就上一桶饭，其实真的够饱的，因为饭是可以加的。菜牌里面有写到吃法，不过我个人还是比较爱直接蘸酱生吃鲷鱼。下面的酱料如果泡饭吃真的要泡茶，这样会咸淡正好。反正3种吃法都来一遍吧。鲷鱼确实很新鲜，而且都是堆成小山的，份量不算少，最让我们没有想到的是这里的抹茶雪糕味道也不错哦。提醒一句这里的餐牌有中文，店员却是不会中文的，不过大家比划比划还是能沟通的。

来岚山就是为了来品尝这家曾经拿过米其林一星的鲷匠HANANA，来到餐厅也已经是下午2点多，因为过了饭点，排队的人也不多，大约排了40分钟左右。店铺的位置不多，有2层，因为来得比较迟，很多餐食都估清了，只剩一下一款套餐，套餐价格是2160yan，每人一个餐食，约人均150左右。性价比还是挺高的，难怪这么多人来吃，这里可以刷卡消费。这里主要是吃鲷鱼刺身，鲷鱼的套餐都比较精致，而且很新鲜，非常好吃，来岚山建议一定要来尝尝。

这家是米其林一颗星的餐厅。餐厅的环境非常的不错。这里每道日食料理端上来，绝对是色香味俱全。大家可以从附图看到每一道点心每一道菜都是那么的精致。虽然每道菜的量比较少，但是口味真的是非常的好吃。
