蟠龙鳝很有特色，只是我觉得处理里面的内脏很麻烦就不是很想动手，倒是几个小孩子当零食吃得津津有味。鱼蛋烧得很嫩，家常烧稻田鲫鱼口味还不错，最喜欢的要算镶碗，底层的干黄花和自制的酥肉比上面镶碗好吃，其他菜比较中规中矩。
