The former site of Luochuan Conference Room is located in Fengjia Village, North of Luochuan County. From August 22 to 25, 1937, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China held an expanded meeting of the Politburo in Fengjiacun, Luochuan County, to discuss the strategic issues of the War of Resistance Against Japan and the relationship between the two parties. Mao Zedong, Zhang Wentian, Zhou Enlai, Bogu, Zhu De, Ren Xushi, Peng Dehuai, He Long, Liu Bocheng, Yuan Rongxuan, Xu Qian and other 23 people.

Yesterday's Luochuan meeting, today after the Lugou Bridge incident, China began a national war of resistance to Japan. In order to further implement the Party's strategy of the anti-Japanese national united front and determine the Party's program, route and policies during the period of the anti-Japanese war, the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee held an expanded meeting, known as the Luochuan Conference, in Fengjia Village, Luochuan County, northern Shaanxi from August 22 to 25, 1937.
