Top of the line Phuket dinner!When we came into the beautiful lush gardens of the Anantara property to go to Sea Fire Salt for dinner, we began to suspect what a special evening was in store. No disappointments - simply excellence and joy once and again. From the Lobster Bisque, to the Shrimp Risotto and perfectly prepared Lamb, through to Lemon Torte and Tiramisu, culinary delights was our experience. Through the evening, Fausto and his staff made certain all our needs were met with engaging hospitality and joy. BTW, great wine and creative drinks were enjoyed as well!
