It was a nice view dining al fresco, overseeing the buzzling Clarke Quay sidewalk and Singapore River. Food quality/presentation was as good as one could desire, with a great service to match. During the Chinese New Year period, we had smoked Norwegian salmon &quot;yu-shang&quot; as a starter, and it was very thoughtful that the chef served the salmon skins (battered and deep fried) as additional snacks with our beers. The fish maw chicken double-boiled soup was excellent, but the pi&egrave;ce de r&eacute;sistance has to be the dragon fruit/pomelo shrimp salad, served atop a plate of dry ice + hot water, giving a visual depiction of a smoking volcano. The excellent meal ended with salted egg yolk custard buns that looked exactly like shiitake mushrooms. A clear 5 stars for TungLok Signatures!

Came here today with some local Singaporean friends, recommended. However, I was not particularly impressed. It seems quite favorite with locals as the place was full on a Saturday night, compared to other eateries in the mall.

Restaurant located at Level 2, The Central @ Clarke Quay. Access directly from Clarke Quay MRT. Some tables offer good view of Singapore River. Recommended to make a reservation for lunch, avoiding disappointment. They can arrange for vegan meals for vegetarian diet. Halal meals required 1 day advance booking. Nice, clean and cosy ambience. Helpful polite knowledgeable waitresses. Tasty hot meals. Refreshing desserts. Complimentary longevity buns. Cheaper prices for set lunch menu.

I brought my Wife to Tung Lok Signatures to celebrate her birthday as she requested for Chinese food. I always had confidence in the Tung Lok chain of restaurants but this Higher end restaurant is slightly disappointing. We took the CNY set dinner for $118++ per pax. The lobster in the Yu Sheng had a &#39;fishy&#39; taste n the Yu Sheng was too sour. The Sharks fin soup was average and you could hardly taste the Sharks fin.. The Mee suay was quite tasteless.. The saving grace is the dessert which was quite nice. Overall, I&#39;m disappointed with the ambience, service, taste and also it was good value for money. I wouldn&#39;t return again for their set dinners.
