Beyond of expectation. This place is not only a hotel but a little museum! Very unique and worth for the money!

Good location Excellent service The room type I booked was a bit too small but clean and have good amenities Would love to stay again

- Good for value - Very classic design - More 4-star service which is not the Marriott standard with certain staffs with comment such as the booking was made through Agoda/ trip.com which is lower price, which I find unprofessional. Customer should be given the same service regardless of where the booking is made - **TINY BED. The 2 pillows given were identical with no selection of high/ low pillows - not supportive. The Mattress is the harder Asian liking type, which together is the big no for me.

Overall was very nice. There was a construction next to the hotel. The noise was loud and disturbing the peacefulness.

FANTASTIC🫷🫸🧜♀️🪑🔄LOVE IT, THE HOTEL THAT I WANTED TO STAY VERY LONG IN MY GOAL LIST, FINALLY WITH THE SUPPORT OF GST VOUCHER FROM GOV, DECIDE TO SUPPORT LOCAL STAY, THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC, DIDN'T WANT TO SHOW THE PHOTO CAUSE I AM AFRAID PEOPLE MAY SNATCH THIS ROOM REAL QUICK BUT SERIOUSLY, GOOD THINGS NEED TO SHARE. I HAVE NEVER STAYED IN A HOTEL AT SINGAPORE THAT DOESN'T CHASE ME OUT FOR CHECK OUT, THE ONLY THAT ALLOW ME UNTIL 4PM CHECK OUT IS ALEXANDRA HOTEL WHICH IS NOW A CHANGED BRAND NAME HOTEL, THIS HOTEL IS THE ONLY SECOND ONE I REQUEST FOR 1PM CHECK OUT BUT THE BED IS TOO COMFORT TO BE AWAKE AND I SLEPT ALL THE WAY TO 2PM YET THEY NEVER CHARGE OR BLAME ME😍😍 😳THANKS GOD FOR LETTING MY DREAM COME TRUE, THIS PLACE IS REAL GOOD. THE BREAKFAST OH MY GOD IS HEAVEN, PAY BACK GOV THE GST VOUCHER BY SUPPORT BACK IT TOURISM, GOOD THING I THINK. THEIR TOLIETRIES SUPER GOOD NOT TO FORGET THEIR CLASSIC BLACK SLIPPER WHICH I DID NOT BRING BACK FOR IT IS NOT WRAP IN PLASTIC PACKAGE SO I AM A BIT WORRIED BUT I GUESS IT IS THEIR WAY OF SERVING GUEST BUT I WOULD PREFER WITH PACKAGING. LASTLY THEY HAVE MISSING ITEM IN MINIBAR WHICH I WOULD APPRECIATE IF THEY WOULD BE CAREFUL ABOUT THIS WHEN I FEEDBACK BUT THEY DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE, HOPEFULLY THEY WON'T CHARGE ON MY BILL FOR MISSING ITEM LIKE THIS. Extremely expensive for business traveler,,no breakfast, room really, really small, like a closet, i will cut this hotel from our corporation global hotel list, will never book again this place
