It was an easy recommendation near Andaz hotel we were staying at Toranomon Hills. I walked it to the restaurant. I was welcomed the usual polite Japanese style and seated at a table. It had a gas burner to grill or bake the food. It was a great experience. The oysters however, were not served with the brine, so I added some salt to get a hint of brine. The whole scallops in shell were an experience. Being my first time to grill them, the waiter helped and it was a great experience.
