Michelin Guide gave 1 star, and I completely agree with them. This 135 years old restaurant is very traditional, and easy to missed if you're a first time visitor. The tatami room is very traditional and large for Tokyo standard, but the main focus here is the black haired, Kobe beef served for your sukiyaki. The sukiyaki is prepared right on your table for each person, one by one...great great sukiyaki! oh, according to the old lady who cooked our sukiyaki, to her knowledge, we're the first Indonesian ever visited Ishibashi :)
The first 2 appetizers were also very beautifully served & taste nice. After that they gave us first try of beef which put into the egg hmmm love the beef which feels melting in our mouth, later followed by other fresh vege, mushroom & tofu. Then ojiya (rice soup) followed after that which taste also superb. The environment of this old resto is authentic.
Just so delicious. Everything was wonderful. Beef quality was tremendously good. When having everything together bit by bit, it just balanced out. Service was impeccable. Perfect.
Ishibashi is over 130 years old & their sukiyaki is heavenly.
订位的时候点了marble beef,今天吃了两块 就不行了 五个人最后撤了一整盘肉 罪过罪过。后来主食的米饭和乌冬都很好吃!!今天这个房间超级大!有历史的老店。临走的时候 老板娘还拿着打火石在我们每个人身后打出了幸运的小火花!这顿饭是我在东京吃的最便宜的我一顿了
绝对喜欢这里的寿喜烧。我们点了shimofuri套餐,将牛肉分4种不同的菜式,分别是生鸡蛋,玻璃面,金菇和韭菜/洋葱。简直好极了!我们超级喜欢在这里吃晚饭!
日式火锅店,底料最出名的自然是寿喜锅,不过他们家的肉类很多都是腌制过的,感觉不像是火锅料而像烧烤里面的肉,涮完以后味道还是不错的,香料的香味还会在肉里。
極上の霜降り肉をふんだんにつかったすき焼きのお店。全席個室でくつろげます~。
昭和の香りがする空間で、和服の仲居さんが作ってくださる絶品すき焼き。〆の雑炊は想像してたものと大違いの驚きの品。
