【閩和南】來自福建泉州，石獅大名鼎鼎的綠島集團旗下的餐飲品牌。⏰時間的積澱，在地化精神的加持，閩和南，即閩南的款待。✨餐廳在裝修上不少下功夫，將現代時尚與傳統文化相結合，融入閩南建築元素，以一隻口含金元寶的風獅爺作為餐廳的形象logo，象征著招財進寶，典雅又不失大氣。  閩和南目前在廈門有兩家門店，美歲城店位於仙岳路4686-4688號國貿金融中心美歲城三樓301，萬象城店位於湖濱東路99號萬象城三樓328。美歲城店前兩週剛好迎來它美好的一周歲生日。  之前去過萬象城店，這次下班之後跟朋友小聚於湖裡萬達邊上的美歲城店。主打精緻閩南融合菜，紅燜白玉筍片，看起來竟有點像麵條，筍片非常的薄嫩入味。鯊魚骨湯燉魚翅，鮮甜滋補，口感濃郁，滿滿膠原蛋白，是道老少皆宜的養生湯品。主食之前都是點蘿蔔飯，這次朋友想換新口味，點了海蠣燜飯竟然也很美味，海蠣的鮮，紅蔥頭的香，粒粒分明的米飯令人忍不住想再多吃幾口。壓軸甜品招牌僑鄉蔥蓉包每回必點，鬆軟的包子熱氣騰騰，內餡是會流心的鹹蛋黃和肉鬆，帶著蔥香。不過這回我竟然沒吃到，有小夥伴偷偷把我的份也吃掉了，可見它有多美味。搭配一碗雞蛋花生湯，在寒冷的雨夜裡給人增添了些許溫暖。
