Located in Sunzu Town of Yinan County, Menglianggu National Forest Park is an area of natural beauty that combines stunning scenery, Yimeng’s socialist (or "red") culture and ancient historical culture all in one. Lying in the temperate monsoon region with a continental climate, this area has a rich variety of flora and fauna. The park's lifelike statues of historical figures reproduce the scenes of past fierce battles between the Communist and Nationalist armies, making the park an important site for revolutionary education.
