Location is excellent and staff is very friendly, ready to help. Even though breakfast is not buffet they prepare nice food for you.
Hotel is a bit old hence cleanliness could be improved. Unfortunately the hotel surrounding is very noisy by farm animals. People not used to it will have hard time to sleep.

Beautiful hotel with super nice staff. The only issue is that we didn't have hot water for the first two days, but fortunately Cambodia is pretty warm :P

One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Lovely room, great pool. Staff are all very kind. Location was good- were able to walk pretty much anywhere we wanted. Breakfast was decent

I recently stayed in Riversoul with my family and we loved their service. The people are very tidy and organised and respecting. All the people whom we met in the hotel were super cordial.
If you are vegan/vegetarian or do not eat pork/beef then do mention it to them and they will ensure it isnt brought to you.
We also availed special spa services for our parents and I personally took a facial. It was super relaxing.
They also have tuk tuk and car services for all the tourists that you can take advantage of.
They even have a swimming pool which was our relaxation spot.
I also loved the minimalist theme they had as decor. You will not be allowed to eat in the room but they provide you with plates to eat inside the room or in the restaurant.
I would for sure recommend this amazing stay at Siam Reap.

Beautiful building and great location close but not right in the thick of it. I wonder whether it is new and they are finding their feet as staff seemed a bit lost and they said it was full but we didn’t see anyone else in the hotel.

Very nice hotel! Clean and cozy. Good location, 5- 10 min walk from markets, restaurants and bars. Hotel also helped to arrange some of our group day trips! Good service.

I can highly recommend the Riversoul Boutique Hotel. We had a great stay there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large, well equipped and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect. It is very quiet. The market and restaurants are within easy walking distance. We were given a delicious breakfast for our trip.

The rooster crows 360 degrees without blind spots, and the coverage is wider than their hotel's WiFi. It crows intensively from 4 to 6 in the morning, forcing you to get up. The crow is different from domestic roosters. It's disgusting and will drive you to death.
