the hotel located in residential building, reception located in 17 th story, no sign, one security door and elevator needs cart to go in, for first time it was very hard to find, the driver called to reception and got some instruction and photo, I included location , took me there. good room, good view to river, but in my booking wa in 16 storey with view to city and swimming pool but she changed it to other room in other story without informing me. the good point is daily cleaning, two bottle water, nice and cosy room. negative points, washing machine located inside but very old, tv same , wasn't working, I asked the reception to fix it, but she said it's old and not working , I asked to change my room with working tv, she said there isn't other vacant room. no tea bag or coffee avaible there. but included washing machine, cook top, fridge, microwave. amazing
