All staffs are so friendly, , breakfast has so much variety, good quality food, tea and coffee. Some items are made to order. Every individual staff made me feel so welcome , as a solo traveller, I feel like home away from home. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and affordable. Housekeepers are so friendly and professional. Concierge: Winnie, Vivian, Leona and Cheryl are all so friendly, helpful, they are always available for assistance and never hesitate to help me with whatever questions I have or anything I asked for. General Manager, Brian is so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All staffs seem happy to work there and they all remember me and greet me by my name. I feel so pampered, spoiled and welcomed. I even received a special souvenir from the hotel to bring back to Canada."
