"A heartfelt thank you to Remy, the housekeeper, for her customer-centric service and diligent, hardworking attitude! I arrived at the hotel on Saturday, July 11th, at 12:30 PM. The front desk informed me that my room wouldn't be ready until 2 PM. I understood and took my room card, planning to drop off my luggage and then go for lunch. Around 1 PM, while I was in the uncleaned room, sending messages, a housekeeper, who I later learned was Remy, passed by my door with her cart. Upon seeing me, she immediately stopped and, concerned, said, "This room hasn't been cleaned yet! I need to go eat now, or there won't be any food left in the cafeteria." I quickly replied, "It's okay, you go eat first!" However, she had barely pushed her cart away for a few minutes when she returned, saying, "I'll clean your room first. I feel bad seeing a guest waiting in an uncleaned room. I can just ask my colleagues to save some food for me." She then meticulously and quickly changed the sheets, tidied the bed, and completed the cleaning. I personally witnessed Remy's dedicated, responsible, and proactive service, and I was deeply moved. I would like to extend my sincerest thanks and express my respect to her."

It's super convenient if you're here to buy furniture. Plus, there's a dedicated free parking lot, and a restaurant on the fourth floor, which makes dining easy. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area."

"This hotel is conveniently located near Zumiao Temple and Lingnan Tiandi, and a taxi ride costs less than 10 RMB. It's a newly opened hotel this year, so the facilities are new and the service is excellent! The bedding and toiletries are also very good. There's complimentary tea in the lobby! Because of the hot weather, the kind front desk lady even gave us two extra bottles of water when we left, and there were already eight bottles in the room – definitely enough to keep us hydrated! The breakfast offers fruit, drinks, and both Chinese and Western options, which is quite nice!"

"After a full night's sleep, I saw bloodstains from the other side. Old bloodstains. The light was flickering. Later I realized that the sofa was right next to the light switch. But, doesn't this arrangement seem unreasonable? It really scared me. The room facilities were also quite old. Many lights were broken. The audio and video were so blurry that it was basically unwatchable. After 12 o'clock, it was difficult to find someone at the front desk. I saw that other hotels' customer service always had someone reply to the message. I contacted them and asked the aunt to come and clean at 3 o'clock, but it seemed to be useless. The aunt came when she said she would, so I had no choice but to let her in. I still had to catch up on some sleep. Overall, I don't recommend it."
