"A heartfelt thank you to Remy, the housekeeper, for her customer-centric service and diligent, hardworking attitude! I arrived at the hotel on Saturday, July 11th, at 12:30 PM. The front desk informed me that my room wouldn't be ready until 2 PM. I understood and took my room card, planning to drop off my luggage and then go for lunch. Around 1 PM, while I was in the uncleaned room, sending messages, a housekeeper, who I later learned was Remy, passed by my door with her cart. Upon seeing me, she immediately stopped and, concerned, said, "This room hasn't been cleaned yet! I need to go eat now, or there won't be any food left in the cafeteria." I quickly replied, "It's okay, you go eat first!" However, she had barely pushed her cart away for a few minutes when she returned, saying, "I'll clean your room first. I feel bad seeing a guest waiting in an uncleaned room. I can just ask my colleagues to save some food for me." She then meticulously and quickly changed the sheets, tidied the bed, and completed the cleaning. I personally witnessed Remy's dedicated, responsible, and proactive service, and I was deeply moved. I would like to extend my sincerest thanks and express my respect to her."

It's perfectly located right above Shunlian Plaza, making shopping and dining a breeze – ideal for a short, relaxing break. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; just a few steps out the door, you'll find bubble tea, hot pot, and clothing stores, so there's no need to drive around. The lobby is spacious and inviting, without the stiff formality you sometimes find in high-end hotels. Even the cleaning staff would proactively greet us when passing by. We booked a city view king room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered expansive views, allowing us to enjoy the entire commercial district's nightscape. The cleanliness was impeccable; even sofa crevices and windowsills were spotless. The fridge also thoughtfully provided complimentary bottled water. The outdoor pool on the fourth floor wasn't crowded, and swimming in the evening breeze was incredibly comfortable. The changing rooms were clean and odor-free. The breakfast selection catered to local tastes, featuring authentic 'Bula Changfen' (rice noodle rolls), 'Shuangpinai' (double-skin milk pudding), and 'Shaomai' (dumplings) – all tasting as good as what you'd find in a local tea house. The staff weren't overly enthusiastic to the point of being awkward, and when we called for room service, they responded very quickly. The self-service gym was well-equipped, perfect for a light workout to burn off calories after a day of eating and exploring. With its affordable price and comprehensive amenities, this is definitely our top choice for a local change of scenery and relaxation."

We forgot to bring towels, so I called the front desk, and the duty manager, Lian, quickly brought them over, worrying that my child might catch a cold. The service was truly excellent. The room layout was spacious, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, so I didn't have to worry about my child slipping. The daily room cleaning was meticulous, and any requests to the front desk were quickly attended to. The hotel's quiet environment allowed my child to rest fully, making the entire trip much more relaxing thanks to this comfortable stay. The hotel's location is excellent, close to attractions and shopping, and it's easy to get a taxi. I highly recommend it to families with children."
