Because of the hot weather, the kind front desk lady even gave us two extra bottles of water when we left, and there were already eight bottles in the room – definitely enough to keep us hydrated! The breakfast offers fruit, drinks, and both Chinese and Western options, which is quite nice!"

The transportation is unbeatable; it's very close to the subway station, and a taxi to Guangzhou South Station takes just over ten minutes, so there's no need to panic about catching high-speed trains. It's also super convenient for getting around without a car. For my business trips, laundry facilities are crucial, and this place delivers. The laundry room with washers and dryers is open 24/7, so I don't have to accumulate a pile of dirty clothes to take home. There's also a small gym downstairs, which is great for a quick workout after work to relieve those aches and pains from sitting all day. Plus, there's a chess and card room if you're on a multi-person business trip and have some downtime. The room's Wi-Fi signal is incredibly stable. I often have online meetings, and it never lags or cuts out. The desk space is ample, perfect for spreading out my laptop and documents. The cleaning staff does a meticulous job daily, and 24-hour hot water is always available, which is really convenient when I get back late. The front desk staff is very efficient; check-in, check-out, and luggage storage are all quick. Last time, I left my data cable in the room, and the staff even kept it safe for me. The breakfast is simple yet satisfying, with porridge, dim sum, and hot dishes – just enough to fuel up before heading out for the day. The soundproofing is excellent; hallway noise is minimal at night, so I get a peaceful sleep. There are no hidden or extra charges either. The facilities are relatively new, and the room is spacious, though there's still a lingering smell from the new cabinetry. However, for such a large hotel, the service clearly falls short. Breakfast was a scramble, with demand far outstripping supply. On the bright side, there was an abundance of drinks, which felt a bit out of place given the other issues. Such a large hotel really needs to improve its management and service."

The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a busy day out. The hotel restaurant served delicious food that really captured the local flavors, and both the dim sum and simple meals were authentic and made with fresh, tasty ingredients. This comfortable stay truly enhanced our entire trip, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return."

"This was my second food trip to Shunde, and even though it's close by, I still stayed a night. It was my first time at Orange Hotel Crystal, and the location is fantastic – right opposite Qinghui Garden, with lots of great food nearby. They offer butler service, and they're always responsive to requests, with prompt replies on WeChat. They even have robot service, but if you're in a hurry for your takeaway, it's quicker to pick it up yourself as the robots can get quite busy! For the price, the breakfast offers a good variety, and items are replenished quite quickly. I was really happy with the room; it was spacious, had a desk, a tea table with two chairs. For the first time, I felt like the hygiene at this price point and brand of hotel was excellent, making me feel completely comfortable. They even provide pour-over coffee and tea bags. It's a hotel with high value for money. I'd never stayed at an Orange Hotel Crystal in China before, and this first experience was superb! I'll definitely be back!"
