Iris at the front desk was a gem – she checked us in efficiently, provided excellent service, and was quick to address any needs we had. Both the dining and accommodation experiences were superb, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Plus, there's a unique Lingnan ancient village nearby that's worth visiting!"

"The experience at Togetsukyo Guesthouse was absolutely amazing! The Japanese-style courtyard exuded Zen charm, with its wooden fences, cobblestone paths, and lush greenery—everywhere you looked was a picture-perfect Japanese photo opportunity. The rooms featured authentic tatami mats, incredibly soft and cozy, and the private onsen (hot spring) was a delightful surprise; soaking in the warm water was soothing and relaxing, completely relieving any fatigue. The amenities were exceptionally complete, from toiletries to bath bags and slippers—everything was provided, with impeccable attention to detail. The owner was incredibly nice, sending directions in advance, helping with luggage upon arrival, and generously sharing recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. The service was both attentive and heartwarming. The cleanliness was impeccable; the rooms and courtyard were spotless, and the bedding was impeccably clean. Whether for a romantic getaway or a solo retreat, it's perfect for couples or solo travelers, offering exceptional value. It's already on my list of places to revisit and I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates the slow pace of Japanese life!"

"Spent two days in Gaoming over the New Year's Day holiday. This resort is really huge, with tons of villas and apartments, and the surrounding scenery is quite lovely. We even went to the mountainside hot spring valley at night, which was incredibly comfortable.
