Sofitel Foshan Shunde

After Jenny proactively reached out and connected on WeChat, the rest of my trip became much smoother and more convenient. She was super responsive to my questions and even helped arrange a late checkout. What I appreciated most was Jenny's attention to detail; it made me feel very comfortable! Sofitel always excels in this aspect.

I definitely won't be staying here again. Aside from the convenience of going downstairs to buy furniture, it has no advantages whatsoever compared to other five-star hotels. The front desk staff member named Li who checked me in gave me a rather unfriendly vibe, though another lady was very nice and genuine. The room is decorated in a European style with a Chinese-style minibar inside, which felt a bit creepy. The shower room was also quite dim, and the controls were inconvenient to operate—far behind the smart control systems found in other new hotels.

The best hotel in Foshan, with French romance and attentive service. Especially the buffet, featuring green lacquered panels with small floral tiles, golden geometric chandeliers, authentic French steak and macarons, cheese lobster, and cheesecake desserts. It was a perfect French elegant Western restaurant experience with my wife and child. A 100-point experience! Special thanks to the handsome guy at the front desk for check-in and Nicole Chen for their attentive service. We truly felt the warm French service and the quality experience of Sofitel Hotel. The hotel boasts a rich artistic atmosphere, with the impressive Constellation Plaza and exquisitely designed public areas that are a delight to walk through. Being able to browse furniture showrooms right downstairs made furniture shopping incredibly convenient. Nicole from Guest Relations in the lobby was incredibly warm and attentive, patiently answering all my questions and helping me check out quickly, saving me a lot of time. The concierges were proactive in guiding guests, the front desk handled check-ins efficiently, and the security staff were diligent and courteous, making me feel very safe as a solo guest. The room was clean and comfortable. From the environment to the service, everything was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Foshan.

The biggest highlight is that it's integrated with a furniture mall, so you can browse and purchase furniture right downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. I must commend all the staff members. The concierge proactively helped with luggage, check-in at the front desk was efficient and smooth, and the security guards were diligent, greeting guests politely upon entry and exit, which made me feel very safe. The entire team provided attentive and thoughtful service, and the room environment was clean and comfortable. It's perfect whether you're specifically coming to choose furniture or for a short vacation. Highly recommended, I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Foshan!

A truly excellent experience. The hotel service was fantastic, and the environment was comfortable. It's located near a furniture city, and there's a 'Zhuru Po' (a restaurant, assuming it's a known local eatery) right downstairs, making dining and getting around very convenient. Highly satisfied…

My friends and I decided to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with a staycation at the Sofitel Foshan, and it was absolutely perfect! The biggest highlight of the hotel is its 'what you see is what you can buy' concept – all the soft furnishings and furniture throughout the hotel are exquisite, high-end, and stylish, yet timeless. The location is incredibly convenient; you can step right downstairs and explore large furniture exhibition halls, making it perfect for both relaxation and browsing home decor. It's especially great for a casual get-together with friends. I must give a special shout-out to Nicole from Guest Relations in the lobby. Her service was gentle and professional, and her attitude was exceptional. She was patient and thorough during check-in, and the check-out process was quick and efficient. The entire experience was hassle-free and smooth, which was incredibly pleasant. The hotel's security staff are also very responsible, with regular patrols and well-managed entry/exit procedures, making the overall environment safe and secure. The room was clean, tidy, and offered a luxurious and comfortable ambiance. Our short Mid-Autumn Festival stay was very enjoyable, and it's definitely a place worth returning to!
